| Before
any thing, it's imperative that Javascript is activated in
your browser, think of checking the internet options of
your browser.
To show the list of products, you can proceed or by selecting
a category of products (Proteins, Amino acids, etc.) either
by selecting a brand (Optimum Nutrition, etc.).
You can indicate the wished quantity by clicking on 
Or by typing it.
To have more details of a product (nutrition facts, further
informations), click on
Or directly its photo.
To order a product, click simply on 
Or on the "ENTER" key if you typed the quantity
with the keyboard. You can add in your shopping cart only a
product after the other one.
For products having more than a flavour, it will be necessary
to select one via a list before clicking the button "Add
to cart".
In the top of the page is the main following menu:
Home: To go back home.
Contacts: For questions on products
or company or questions / technical problems in touch with
the site, you can contact us either by e-mail, or by postal
mail.
Informations: You can consult the
various information placed at your disposal concerning the
General sales conditions, the secured payment, and the transport
mode and costs of shipping charges.
My account: If you are already a customer,
and wish to bring some changes to your account (address, password,
etc.), or even to delete directly your current account. You
can also consult the intirety of your past and present
orders.
In the contrary case it will be necessary to create an account
to follow in real time the state of your order, show the history
of the carried out purchases, and facilitate the later procedure
of entering your coordinates: it is not necessary any more
to type them to every order. If you do not use the section
"My Account" to create it, the creation will be
done automatically during the first order.
If it sometimes happened to you to forget the password which
was asked you during the creation of the account, please,
indicate simply your e-mail in the corresponding field.
Logout: Allows you to disconnect from
your account. Useful if several users share the same computer:
each connected user should disconnect to allow the connection
to another. Please, note that when you will have placed an
order and done the payment, you will automatically be disconnected,
and your shopping cart will be emptied.

contents of the shopping cart are permanently shown on the
right side.
It contains all the articles of your order with their respective
quantities and the amount Total including all taxes (except
shipping charges) of your order.
You can click on any article of the shopping cart to have
access to its detailed card.
To display the details of your shopping cart (article, unit
price, quantity, total price...), therefore to have the maximum
of information, click on 
You can modify again the quantities by clicking on
The quantities, prices by product, total amount including
all taxes, are automatically recomputed.
It is also possible to enter the quantities with the keyboard
of one or several articles and to recompute the whole of the
order by clicking on 
If you wish to delete an article of your shopping cart, click

If you wish to empty the integrality of your shopping cart,

The action to click on the designation of a product allows
you to reach its detailed card again. |

Once your
shopping cart filled, click on 
To be able to enter your coordinates.
Check that you did not forget anything, if necessary you can
do again modifications by clicking on 
(if for example you want to add/delete an article, to modify
a quantity or to empty your shopping cart).
If you are already a customer, you can type your e-mail
as well as the password which you chose during
the creation of the account, or during the first order, then
validate by clicking on 
, Your coordinates will display automatically.
In the contrary case, it will be necessary to fill all the
fields of the the billing address form except for
those marked with one "*".
Typing controls will be made to verify if you did not forget
to fill them and to verify if email address has a valid format
(xxx@xxx.xxx, and should not contain spaces). By default, the
billing address also acts as shipping address, it is not thus
necessary to type this last one.
On the other hand, if you wish being delivered at another address
and only if (for example to give somebody a gift, on
your holiday place...), then you can fill the adequate
fields of the shipping address form in, by clicking on
the corresponding link.
If it's such the case, a control will also be done on this last
form besides that of billing address.
To continue your order, click again on

entered your coordinates, you are about to validate your order
definitively.
This last stage before payment indicates you the amount
including all taxes in € (Euros) to pay including shipping
charges.
You can now click on "PAYMENT" to pay your order
on Caisse
d'Epargne (Bank) secured site where you can pay by
bank card or by cheque.
For the customers residing in Metropolitan France it is possible
to pay in cash on delivery. For that click on "COD".
A new page will post your order form which will be printed
automatically or will be to recopy. Please, return it to us to
the indicated address.
After you have paid, you will be directed again on www.scsnutrition.com
and will receive a notification message confirming you your
order. Later when your order will have been validated, a new
message from us will be notified to you at the time of the
forwarding of your parcel.
